$18/hour + Weekly Bonuses | Bemidji, MN | Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Material Handler and Forklift Operator for a well-established company in the Bemidji area. We're looking for someone with forklift experience, a strong work ethic, and leadership potential who enjoys staying active and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Plus earn an additional $100 bonus for completing a 40-hour work week - each week!

We're looking for dependable individuals ready to work, lead by example, and build a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport lumber and building materials
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery
• Assist customers and delivery drivers with loading materials
• Keep the lumber yard clean, organized, and operating efficiently
• Assist with inventory and general yard maintenance
• Step up to lead by example and assist with daily workflow as needed

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is required
• Experience in a lumber yard, warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or other physically demanding environment
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality work
• Reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
