C# Server-Side Developer (Middle Office Engineering)
Location: Greenwich, CT (Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite Per Week)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced C# Server-Side Developer to join a Middle Office Engineering team supporting the development of mission-critical business applications. This role is ideal for a software engineer with a strong background in back-end development who enjoys building scalable, high-performance applications in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing server-side applications using C#, strong SQL skills, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code. This position offers the opportunity to work on business-critical systems while collaborating with a highly technical engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and services using C#.
- Build and support mission-critical business applications.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues.
- Work with SQL databases to support application functionality and performance.
- Utilize messaging technologies (MQ) as part of distributed application architectures.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Manage source code using Git or other version control systems.
- Work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience developing server-side/back-end applications using C#.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud providers is a plus
- Strong experience with SQL databases.
- Experience working with messaging technologies (MQ).
- Outstanding coding, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Experience using source/version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with software development best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
