Maintenance Technician

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time temporary assignment with the potential to become Temp-to-Hire. If you have experience with general building maintenance and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay: $23.00/hour

Duration: Approximately 2 months with potential for Temp-to-Hire

Start Date: ASAP (Client is looking to hire within the week)

Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance, including minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and door/lock repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine work orders.
• Maintain building grounds and exterior areas.
• Assist with emergency maintenance and repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems is a plus.
