Everforth ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work onsite at the US Postal Service's Maintenance and Technical Support Service Center (MTSC) in Norman, OK.
This position can be authorized for a hybrid work schedule. This entails 4-days per week working onsite at the Postal MTCS in Norman, OK and one day per week work from home (WFH).
In this role, you will support our internal ServiceNow instance and Customer Portals, and facilitate internal ServiceNow development, implementations and delivery goals. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will leverage your knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions, including the technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configuration.
Note: To be considered candidates must be able to obtain a USPS Public Trust background clearance. This requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status (Green Card), and the ability to pass an in-depth background check.
