Job Overview

Job Title: Senior Agentforce Developer

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 5–7 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Agentforce Developer with strong technical expertise across the Salesforce platform and emerging AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience, including a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce and a proven track record of delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

This role is best suited for a self-starter and strong individual contributor who can independently drive solution design and development while demonstrating the potential to grow into a future technical leadership role. The candidate should possess a strong solution mindset, excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Solution Design

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into efficient technical designs and implementation plans.
• Build and maintain custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Participate in solution discussions and provide recommendations based on Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Data Cloud & Agentforce

• Develop and support Salesforce Data Cloud implementations, including data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation and activation.
• Build customer engagement use cases leveraging Data Cloud insights.
• Configure and implement Agentforce solutions, including AI-powered workflows, agent actions, prompts and business process automation.
• Collaborate with architects and business teams to integrate Agentforce and Data Cloud capabilities into enterprise solutions.

Cloud Expertise

• Deliver enhancements and solutions across:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
• Configure and customize Salesforce features to support sales, service, and customer engagement processes.
• Implement automation using Flows, Approval Processes, and other Salesforce declarative capabilities.

Integrations & Technical Delivery

• Develop and maintain integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and middleware platforms.
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and DevOps best practices.

Growth & Leadership Readiness

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for technical deliverables.
• Act as a trusted technical resource within the project team.
• Mentor junior developers and share Salesforce best practices.
• Build leadership capabilities and progressively take ownership of technical streams and small teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Strong experience delivering Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Agentforce
• Salesforce platform customization and configuration.
• Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL and Flows.
• Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets and Role Hierarchies.

Technical Skills

• REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Platform Events and Integration Patterns.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Git-based source control management.
• Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (mandatory preferred).
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (preferred).
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Salesforce AI Associate and/or Agentforce Specialist Certification.
• Experience working in large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
• Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
