Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Easton, PA

Shift; 2nd Shift 2pm-10.30pm

Pay: $25-$28/hr

Purpose: Perform minor repairs to hydraulic, industrial electrical control, and mechanical systems related to production machines and related ancillary equipment including but not limited to: tanks, pullers, saws, bellers, material transport handling systems, blending systems, fork trucks, and basic facility equipment. It is the expectation a Maintenance Technician to assist in the training development of Junior Maintenance Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Check and repair simple hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

Be familiar with facility equipment for start-up and shut down of the plant

Be knowledgeable of all electrical disconnects and safety disconnects

Required to implement all repairs in a correct, proper, and safe manner

Must be familiar with and be able to read repair manuals and parts books

Be knowledgeable and capable of performing PM repair schedules.

Follow and adhere to all company safety regulations as well as all government regulations.

Report any safety violations to the supervisor immediately

Support and promote the established Safety and Quality Policies

Help train and guide Junior Maintenance Technicians.

Fulfills role as required in the documented quality system manual, directives and work instructions

Additional duties assigned as needed by management
