As an Senior Application Architect within L&H Solutions, you'll be at the heart of engineering delivery — balancing deep technical leadership with the inspiration and development of a talented, globally distributed team. This is not a role where you step away from the code; you'll remain hands-on, leading by example while driving architectural excellence, AI-enabled engineering practices and the delivery of secure, scalable and resilient solutions that matter to clients worldwide.
Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Platform Engineering teams and Engineering Leadership, you'll have real influence over technical strategy while building a culture where engineers thrive, innovate and grow.
