Role Highlights:

• Starting pay: $20/hr+
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts available- + $2/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts!

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate hydraulic and punch press equipment to meet quality and production standards
• Load materials, install tooling, and assist with machine setups
• Read work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production
• Inspect finished parts and document production and quality information
• Troubleshoot basic manufacturing and equipment issues and escalate concerns when needed
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Support preventative maintenance activities and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Follow all plant safety, quality, and production standards

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to perform basic math, measurements, and quality checks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions effectively
• Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment is a plus
