AI-Enabled Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are seeking an AI-Enabled Full Stack Developer to join a growing Top 5 Bank technology team focused on building innovative AI-powered solutions. This individual will play a key role in developing full-stack applications, implementing AI capabilities, and helping shape the future direction of internal AI initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology and wants to work at the intersection of software engineering, cloud development, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable full-stack applications.
• Build and integrate AI-enabled solutions and custom AI agents.
• Develop front-end applications using Angular.
• Create backend services and APIs using Java and Python.
• Build cloud-native solutions using AWS.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and solution quality.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and innovation.
• Participate in technical assessments, architecture discussions, and solution design activities.
• Take ownership of projects and drive deliverables independently.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with:
  • Java
  • Angular
  • Python
  • AWS
• Experience working on full-stack application development.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, custom AI agents, or generative AI solution with Experience building enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations or development.
• Exposure to automation initiatives and workflow optimization.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Familiarity with modern software delivery practices and cloud-native architecture.

Engagement Type: 6 month contract to start
