As a Full Stack Developer within the Connected Vehicle ecosystem, the candidate will be responsible for developing and managing high-quality API solutions that power the CVCEP platform, the Chatbot, and critical support tools such as the Dealer Software Support Hotline (DSSH). The candidate will utilize Java, Microservices, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to build scalable, data-driven features that bridge the gap between vehicle connectivity, dealer support, and the end-customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust backend services, ensuring seamless data flow between connected vehicles and customer-facing interfaces.
- Architect scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to support the high-concurrency needs of connected vehicle platforms.
- Design and tune Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models to improve the Chatbot's ability to accurately interpret complex customer queries and vehicle-specific jargon.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns to allow the chatbot to provide precise answers based on technical documentation and owner manuals.
- Identify and troubleshoot dealer-reported issues through DSSH to find effective solutions and resolve customer-facing issues.
- Ensure the SLA target of 80% case resolution within 48 hours is met.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, feedback, and reported problems in Jira for data harnessing.
- Ensure all CVCEP and Chatbot APIs comply with approved standards by performing rigorous security scanning with 42-Crunch.

$ 61.00 - $ 66.00
