Job Overview

Job Description: Salesforce Developer (Agentforce)

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and hands-on exposure to Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions while leveraging Agentforce to create intelligent, AI-powered customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and APIs.
• Build and maintain custom objects, triggers, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
• Configure and implement Agentforce Agents, Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and AI-driven workflows.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex classes, and external systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and Agentforce implementations.

Required Technical Skills

Salesforce Development

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in: Apex Programming Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL & SOSL Salesforce Flows Triggers and Batch Classes Custom Objects and Metadata Validation Rules & Approval Processes Salesforce Security Model

Agentforce & AI Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Knowledge of: Agentforce Agent configuration Topics and Instructions Agent Actions Prompt Builder Einstein AI capabilities Generative AI use cases within Salesforce
• Experience integrating Agentforce with Salesforce business processes and automation workflows.
• Understanding of AI-powered customer service, sales, and productivity solutions.

Integration Skills

• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Platform Events and Salesforce Integration Patterns.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and third-party systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Salesforce AI Associate Certification.
• Agentforce Specialist Certification (preferred).
• Experience with: Service Cloud Sales Cloud Experience Cloud Data Cloud (good to have)
• Familiarity with Git, DevOps, CI/CD tools, Copado, or Gearset.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range:

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
