Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Eastlake, OH. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment plant-wide.
• Minimize equipment downtime through timely diagnosis and repairs.
• Support robot operation and preventative maintenance activities.
• Perform welding, soldering, pipe fitting, and general maintenance duties.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and perform light programming as needed.
• Maintain 6S and housekeeping standards in maintenance areas.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts safely.
• Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with production and department managers to support manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

Required

• Manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance.
• PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Robot maintenance experience.
• Light PLC programming experience.
• Welding, soldering, and pipe fitting skills.
• Vacuum furnace operation and repair experience.
• Facilities maintenance experience.
