Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:20 AM–4:30 PM (1st Shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Summary:

Our client in Cary, IL is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join their 1st shift production team. In this role, you will operate and monitor multiple high-speed machines, perform quality inspections, complete documentation, and assist with material handling. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals looking for steady daytime hours in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate multiple high-speed production machines
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products
• Fill machine hoppers with required materials
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Move boxes using a hand truck
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
