Job Description
This role involves operating CNC machines in a high-volume manufacturing environment to produce precision-formed powertrain components for automotive and industrial applications. You will work on 2nd or 3rd shift after completing initial training on 1st shift, consistently meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards. The position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency, along with a positive, coachable attitude and solid work ethic.

Work Environment
The role is based in a brand new, very clean, and well-lit manufacturing facility that is fully climate controlled, providing a comfortable environment year-round. The production floor houses a large number of CNC machines, including lathes and mills, and uses PLEX software and precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM equipment. All new hires train on 1st shift for one to four weeks, then transition to either 2nd shift (3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.) or 3rd shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.), with a shift premium applied after moving off 1st shift. The work requires standing for most of the shift and operating equipment in a structured, safety-focused production environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
