Job description
The Professional Services (PS) team is responsible for delivering online banking solutions to our clients. Delivery includes pre‑sales support, gap analysis, project management, branding, development of enhancements and extensions, localization, integration, quality assurance, and deployment.
As a C#.NET SR Software Developer within the PS organization, you will be expected to contribute to all aspects of project delivery, with a specific focus on the development of enhancements and extensions to our products.
This position is part of a project team consisting of Developers, Business Analysts, and Quality Analysts. The role leads projects from a technical standpoint and works closely with a Project Manager.
Role Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Perform software development and deliver high‑quality code in accordance with client‑prescribed technologies, guidelines, and standards within a web‑based technology environment (.NET, SQL Server, React, etc.)
- Lead projects from a technical standpoint and work closely with a Project Manager.
- Follow the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Design and develop complete features.
- Review technical specifications.
- Mentor junior and mid‑level developers.
- Fix bugs and seek clarification to resolve any ambiguity in specifications or bug descriptions.
- Design technical solutions, ensuring development, best practices and architectural standards are adhered to.
- Work with clients and stakeholders to ensure development deliverables meet non‑functional requirements.
- Identify underlying problems and discover appropriate solutions.
- Create tasks based on technical specifications and provide accurate task and work estimates.
- Prioritize and complete tasks based on importance and urgency.
- Attend client meetings and requirements‑gathering sessions, providing technical consultancy as required.
- Create high‑quality documentation (including technical design documents) that meets stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reference materials by proactively filling gaps, correcting mistakes, and resolving ambiguities. Seek peer reviews for proposed changes.
- Use approved AI tools on a daily basis to accelerate time‑to‑market for feature development, deployment, and automation.
In addition to the qualifications listed below, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following traits:
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Proven experience working on high complexity projects
- Advanced English level (90% or C1 equivalent)
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience including:
- An advanced understanding of common computer programming algorithms
- An advanced understanding of object‑oriented design principles
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on software development experience designing, writing, debugging, and testing object‑oriented code
- An advanced understanding of software development patterns and their application across multiple programming languages
- An advanced understanding of coding techniques that contribute to reliability, maintainability, readability, simplicity, performance, and testability
- An advanced understanding of IT environments, including networking, server technologies, databases, security, and performance
- advanced knowledge of Software Development Lifecycles such as Scrum and Waterfall
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude CLI, Devin)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Software development qualifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional Developer
- Certified C# Programmer preferred
- Certified Azure Fundamentals or equivalent
- Certified AI Fundamentals or equivalent
