Under direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II independently performs analytical assignments related to Workforce Development and Training programs and initiatives for regional center staff and Direct Support Professionals (DSP) who provide services and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Perform analytical tasks as well as program coordination and consultation in the analysis, research, design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Workforce Development programs and initiatives for individuals with I/DD. Analyze overall DSP Workforce Development programs and initiatives and identify additional opportunities that the Department of Developmental Services (Department) should explore. The position requires excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, strong writing skills, experience with data management, and knowledge of the unique needs of individuals with I/DD.
Effective July 1, 2025, State employees are subject to a salary reduction of three percent in exchange for five hours per month of the Personal Leave.
