The Assembler plays a key role in building high-quality light fixtures used in museums, hotels, and VIP residences. In this role, you assemble and install components using hand tools and power tools, follow detailed work instructions and blueprints, and help ensure that every product meets strict quality and safety standards. You work at a dedicated bench within a small team, completing multiple steps on each product before passing it along the assembly line.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a climate-controlled industrial environment that remains comfortable in both winter and summer. You work at one of approximately ten workstations arranged in an assembly line with three to four team members, within a medium-sized, fully enclosed warehouse except for two open shipping and receiving doors on the far side of the floor. The facility is clean, organized, and described as a beautiful work environment. You stand for 100% of the shift and perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools. The standard schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The dress code consists of a plain black t-shirt (provided after the first few weeks), jeans in blue, khaki, or black, and tennis shoes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
