The Assembler 1 is responsible for loading, operating, and unloading packaging equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build kits and packages per SWS sheet
- Operate RF sealer per SWS sheet
- Verify kits and packages are sealed correctly
- Verify production quantities manually and with a scale
- Verify stock ticket is completed correctly
- Accurately complete scrap tickets
- Accurately complete daily production sheet
- Accurately update hourly goal board
- Maintain production pace and standards
- Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
- Practice 5Ss
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Able to count and compare numbers
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
