Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a manufacturing team in Anaheim. This role is responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs using CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Assist with machine setup, tooling, and offsets
- Perform first article inspections and make program adjustments
- Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams
Qualifications
- Experience with CNC programming (mills and/or lathes)
- Proficiency with CAM software
- Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
- Knowledge of G-code and program editing
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Multi-axis machining experience (4 or 5-axis)
- Experience working with tight tolerances (±.001 or better)
- Manufacturing environment experience
