Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Pressline Operator to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating production machinery, monitoring product quality, and maintaining consistent workflow throughout the pressline.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate pressline machinery according to production and safety standards
- Perform quality checks and monitor product output
- Load, unload, and stage materials for production
- Adjust machine settings to maintain efficiency and product consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Report equipment issues and support general production tasks
Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing or machine-operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
