Job Description
The Quality Control Technician supports the manufacturing and assembly of advanced fuel cell components by performing inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role works closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain high reliability in production. The technician contributes directly to product quality and performance while helping build innovative clean-energy technology within a growing advanced manufacturing team.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing and laboratory environment where the Quality Control Technician works closely with production and engineering teams around advanced fuel cell components. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The environment involves working around electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical assemblies, using hand tools and measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Work is performed in accordance with established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures, with regular use of computers for documentation, quality databases, and ERP systems. The setting supports innovative clean-energy technology development and offers the opportunity to be part of a growing advanced manufacturing team.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $47840.00/yr.
