We are exclusively partnering with a well-funded, high-growth tech company to hire a Senior Machine Learning Engineer.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building production-ready machine learning solutions to solve complex engineering challenges. Rather than focusing on AI research, you'll take ML solutions from concept through deployment, working closely with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from problem definition and data preparation to model deployment and production support.
- Design and build scalable ML pipelines, including feature engineering, model training, evaluation and inference.
- Develop clean, maintainable Python applications with a strong focus on software engineering best practices.
- Deploy and maintain ML solutions using modern cloud, containerisation and MLOps technologies.
- Collaborate with customers, data scientists and engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges and continuously improve delivered solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering machine learning solutions into production.
- Strong Python programming and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving ability and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
