Sandblasting / Manufacturing Associate

Join a small team as a sandblaster, where you’ll use specialized blasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces with precision. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, follows safety standards, and can work quickly without compromising quality. Location: Windsor, CT

Salary: $19/hr ($20.50 w/Shift diff).

Shift: 2nd shift Mon-Friday 3 PM - 11 PM

Temporary Hire

Qualifications:

• Prior manufacturing/production skills are a must.
• Machine operating (2-3 yrs experience) or parts cleaning experience.
• Prior sandblasting experience is a huge plus but not a must.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be ok getting dirty at work. This is not a clean environment.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities:

• Parts cleaning of metal, wood, rubber, stone, plastic
• Sandblasting parts
• Be able to properly wear PPE
• Industrial surface finishing
