Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing and assembly environment focused on electronic products. You will work with soldering irons, solder pots, hand tools, fixtures, multimeters, torque and force gauges, and other basic manufacturing equipment. The role involves handling small parts, mixing epoxies and other chemicals, and working at a workstation or bench for extended periods. The work area is expected to remain neat, safe, and well organized, with adherence to all safety and handling procedures. Standard production hours typically apply, with work performed on-site in a structured shop or factory setting where appropriate protective equipment and attire are used as required by the tasks and processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
