Job Title: Mechanical Assembler (Depending on experience up to 27/hr on days and 29/hr on nights)
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler where you will perform mechanical assembly on various components including valves, coils, and other large mechanical structural parts. You will work collaboratively with a team to install components such as bus ducts, air handlers, cable trays, pipes, and sheet metal into oversized modules built from structural tubes. This role involves working at an assembly station rather than a conveyor belt and includes basic electrical assembly such as pulling wires and installing bus bars, bus ducting, and cable trays. This position requires reading blueprints, BOM, P&IDs, and work instructions, and relaying them to your team in a fast-paced, repetitive work environment.

Work Environment
Work within a manufacturing environment with concrete flooring and non-climate-controlled conditions. The facility features open bay doors with frequent movement of forklifts and overhead cranes. Be prepared to work alongside welders if at Fidelity.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
