We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our team in the development and maintenance of a product lifecycle platform built on Java, Angular, Kafka and PostgreSQL. This engagement follows an AI-native delivery model, with AI Ops and AI SDLC practices embedded from Day 1, offering the chance to work within a modern microservices architecture on a platform of genuine industrial scale, supporting 1 million+ products and 100,000+ client submissions annually.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a product lifecycle platform built on Java, Angular and PostgreSQL
  • Support a microservices architecture designed for industrial-scale operations
  • Apply established engineering standards and CI/CD workflows across the development lifecycle
  • Communicate effectively across REST APIs and service integrations
  • Maintain platform reliability within a 24/5 operating model with 24/7 P1/P2 coverage
  • Participate in code reviews and testing practices alongside the engineering team
  • Act on feedback and ask questions to support continuous improvement
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment while learning modern engineering practices

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack development with Angular
  • Understanding of REST APIs and service communication
  • Flexibility to work within established engineering standards and CI/CD workflows
  • Capability to collaborate within a team environment and respond constructively to feedback
  • Attention to detail when supporting platforms with high availability requirements
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Kafka, PostgreSQL or Elasticsearch
  • Understanding of hexagonal or microservices architecture patterns
  • Background in contributing to a team with defined code review and testing practices
