What You'll Do

✔ Design and develop scalable Java backend applications

✔ Build POCs and prototype innovative AI-driven solutions

✔ Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools

✔ Partner with product teams to develop beta products and services

✔ Leverage AI-powered coding tools to improve engineering productivity

We're Looking For

• 8+ years of hands-on Java backend development
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Experience with software architecture and end-to-end solution delivery
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and/or Claude
• Exposure to Agentic AI, AI agents, AI workflows, or AI-powered development tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced R&D environment
