Dr. Jie Liu with the Gilbert S. Omenn Department of Computational Medicine and Bioinformatics is seeking a Research Associate II Temp to preprocess and curate immune- and protein-related human datasets (including transcriptomic and proteomic, single-cell and/or bulk level measurements) into AI-ready inputs for foundation model training, in direct support of NIH project milestones. Responsibilities include quality control, harmonization, and documentation of multimodal datasets in coordination with the modeling team.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in biology, bioinformatics, or a related field, with demonstrated hands-on experience processing human RNA and protein sequencing data.
