Job Location: Plano, TX (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Database development.
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Views.
• Experience with Oracle performance tuning, query optimization, and execution plan analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 12c/19c or higher.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, indexing, partitioning, and database design.
• Experience developing and supporting complex ETL/data integration solutions.
• Expertise in troubleshooting production issues and optimizing database performance.
• Experience with Shell scripting or Python for automation.
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Lead Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Oracle developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and application teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and database governance are followed.
