Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

You will develop and maintain critical mortgage loan systems using IBM Rational Tools and Mainframe technologies, ensuring architectural integrity across platforms that serve our customers daily. Collaborating with colleagues across Denmark and Lithuania, you will contribute to both legacy system improvements and modern technology integrations.

• Develop solutions using DB2, COBOL, CICS, OPC, and JCL on Mainframe platforms with a high focus on correct architecture
• Have an opportunity to work with REST APIs, event-based integrations, AI tools
• Have an opportunity to grow cross platform skills and work with .NET, Java, Python
• Maintain and improve legacy system portfolio
• Work in an agile & collaborative manner within internationally (Denmark and Lithuania) distributed squad

About You

• Experience in applications development
• SQL and database modelling experience
• Willingness to learn new programming languages, tools and processes
• Quality-focused coding approach balanced with practical solutions
• Personal accountability while contributing to team objectives
• Upper-Intermediate English language skills

Experience with Mainframe technologies would be beneficial, and familiarity with AI tools would be welcomed as we continue to modernise our platform.

What We Offer You

Monthly salary range from 3680 EUR to 5520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

You will work in a hybrid setup, typically 3-4 days per week in the office to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing with your international colleagues. Your technical growth is supported through mentorship and exposure to both legacy systems and modern technologies.
