Job Description
This role involves assembling large commercial HVAC units in a modern manufacturing facility on a 1st shift schedule. You will work at a designated station on the assembly line, receive hands-on training, and contribute to building high-quality units used in large buildings such as hospitals, apartment complexes, and commercial facilities. The position may be based in one of several plants, with the possibility of transitioning between facilities as production needs evolve.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a temperature-controlled, very clean manufacturing facility that assembles large HVAC units. Workstations are well organized, with tools and equipment laid out to support efficient assembly. The plant is relatively new, and testing stations are still being built out, offering a modern and evolving environment. You will work on 1st shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime is generally voluntary, although it can become mandatory with notice from production leadership, and the facility is currently operating two out of four weekends. You will be on your feet for much of the day and will work closely with team members, with a lead technician available for guidance and support. During your first few weeks, you will shadow a lead technician to learn your station and processes. The environment emphasizes safety, organization, and teamwork, with regular use of hand tools, power tools, machines, and presses as part of the assembly process.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
