Work Environment
The work takes place in an injection molding shop that focuses on plastic components, resulting in a cleaner environment compared to metal-based manufacturing. The facility includes cleanroom areas where safety glasses and hair nets are required at all times. Employees must wear pants that do not expose any part of the leg to maintain cleanroom standards. The role follows a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts: daylight hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and night hours from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Initial training occurs on the daylight shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Work is primarily performed on production lines, where parts are inspected, assembled, packaged, and labeled in a fast-paced yet controlled environment. The facility emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and consistent procedures, with a mix of general production, warehouse, and cleanroom activities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.50/hr.
