Description
SAIC is seeking Senior Systems Engineer to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The Systems Engineer will play a crucial role in the rapid development, modernization, and integration of Intelligence and Security Enterprise capabilities to meet command requirements for executing Multi-Domain Intelligence and Cyber in support of Large-Scale Combat Operations (LSCO).
Key Responsibilities
- Development, Modernization, & Integration Support the rapid development, enhancement, and integration of Intelligence and Cyberspace capabilities to meet immediate operational requirements; synchronized with the supported Commands and Army processes.
- Gap Analysis & Requirements Management Conduct comprehensive assessments of gap analyses, coordinate the development of solutions, and oversee the testing and deployment of new capabilities and systems.
- Collaboration Work closely with INSCOM customers and senior leadership and partner and vender systems / development to understand and translate customer objectives and requirements into actionable development plans from concept through field deployment.
- System Definition & Implementation Define and oversee the implementation of systems to support the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with operational goals and requirements.
Qualifications
Required Education
Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
Qualifications
- Experience with Army Intelligence and Cyberspace programs.
- Experience working with the Army, Joint, and National Intelligence community.
- Experience with Intelligence, Electromagnetic Warfare, and Cyberspace platforms, capabilities, or technologies.
- Experience in all-source intelligence, signals intelligence, or geospatial intelligence.
- Knowledge and experience in program systems engineering, program management, or requirements development.
- Experience with evaluating commercial and government hardware and software procurements and maintenance renewals.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, data architecture, data dissemination, and information security planning.
- Experience with network engineering/operations.
- Ability to work at both the conceptual level and with program leads, customers, and internal teams to ensure the successful development, integration, and deployment of systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills for working with senior leadership and external customers.
Clearance
Candidate must have a TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI Poly.
Target salary range $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
