Pay & Schedule

1st Shift – $22.17/hr

  • Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM

2nd Shift – $24.17/hr

  • Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Three-day weekends every week

What You'll Do

  • Assemble custom cooling and chiller units using hand and power tools.
  • Follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly specifications.
  • Package and prepare completed units for shipment.
  • Assist with material handling and workstation organization.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production.
  • Cross-train in multiple assembly areas and special projects.

  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions.
  • Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand, move, and work in a production environment throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.
