Warehouse Associate
Pay: $19.50/hr
We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution team. This position involves receiving, stocking, picking, and moving inventory while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, stock, and organize products throughout the warehouse
- Pick and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners or warehouse technology
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers (training may be provided)
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals
Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 80 lbs. with assistance or mechanical equipment
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to work at elevated heights while safely operating warehouse equipment, as needed
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
