CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Material Handlers in the Franklin, NH area.

Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working with equipment, and playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly? We’re seeking a Material Handler to join a fast-paced 2nd shift manufacturing environment in Franklin, NH.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving, moving, tracking, and distributing materials throughout the facility to ensure production teams have what they need, when they need it. If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and being part of a team that keeps things moving, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and distribute materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and picker trucks safely and efficiently.
• Pick, package, and ship materials according to established procedures.
• Use scanners and inventory systems to track inventory movement.
• Complete system transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Support the continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain.
• Assist with machine operation, assembly, and other production-related tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or picker trucks required.
• Comfortable using scanners and inventory tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
