A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a .Net Developer(Junior/Mid-Level)

Position type: Contract to hire

Duration: 12 months contract to hire

Location: WF Des Moines Iowa (Hybrid – 3days onsite & 2 days WFH)

As a .Net Developer you will:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate front-end with backend services.
• Apply OOP principles and design patterns to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server databases and complex queries.
• Use AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
• Implement test automation frameworks and support continuous testing practices.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities using secure coding standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to SDLC activities.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

Hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack development C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.

Experience applying Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns.

Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as: GitHub Copilot, Devin (or similar AI coding tools)

Experience with unit testing, integration testing and test automation tools.

Experience identifying, analyzing, and remediating application security vulnerabilities.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $40 - $45 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
