HIRING FOR ENTRY LEVEL OPERATOR/ASSEMBLER/QUALITY INSPECTOR IN BETHEL, CT

PAY $19-22/HR,

1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Weekend Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will run production equipment, perform assembly and inspection tasks, and support daily operations to ensure high quality and efficiency. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or trades experience who enjoy working with tools, blueprints, and precision measurements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines and support production processes
  • Perform assembly, inspection, and general production tasks
  • Read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
  • Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5S)
  • Support workflow, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure smooth production
  • Record production data and assist with reports as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the team and support continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or trades
  • Ability to read blueprints and work with measurements/decimals
  • Familiarity with hand tools and inspection processes
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Willingness to work overtime if needed

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in medical device or cleanroom environments
  • Knowledge of KANBAN, QAD, or similar systems

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bethel, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
