Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Glen Mills, PA. This role involves assembling mechanical and electromechanical equipment, using hand and power tools, and working from blueprints and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products using hand and power tools
  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Perform basic quality inspections and testing
  • Assist with troubleshooting and rework when needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow company safety and manufacturing procedures
  • Work with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, or assembly drawings
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience

  • Mechanical or electromechanical assembly
  • Manufacturing or production environments
  • Quality inspections and testing
  • Measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
  • Light electrical assembly, wiring, or cable routing

Ideal backgrounds include: Mechanical Assembler, Production Assembler, Manufacturing Technician, Assembly Technician, Machine Assembler, Electromechanical Assembler, Maintenance Technician, Fabricator, or Machine Operator.
