Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Material Handler position for a local manufacturing company in Kodak, TN
Material Handler Responsibilities:
- Move, organize, and stage raw materials and finished parts within the facility to support production flow
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to identify part requirements and specifications
- Accurately measure parts using tape measures and other basic measuring tools
- Apply masking materials (tape, plugs, or coverings) to parts prior to finishing processes
Material Handler Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately (fractions and measurements)
- Experience with masking techniques for paint or finishing processes preferred
- Experience with sandblasting or similar surface preparation processes preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Material Handler Shift:
- Monday- Thursday 6am-3:30pm, Friday 6am-10am
- Full-time
