We are looking for a Python Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of hands on experience in building scalable, enterprise grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Python, solid frontend experience in React or Angular, and an interest or exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.

The AIA practice partners with clients to analyze, design, and operationalize AI led automation strategies that accelerate digital transformation and unlock measurable business value. We address organizations’ most critical challenges across process optimization, intelligent workflows, data driven decisioning, Generative AI adoption, and automation-enabled innovation. Your key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python
• Build responsive, high‑quality frontend applications using React or Angular
• Develop and consume RESTful / GraphQL APIs and integrate with backend services
• Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to design efficient data models
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, UX, data, cloud) for end‑to‑end delivery
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and issue resolution
• Contribute to solution design and technical decision‑making
• (Good to have) Support AI/GenAI‑enabled features such as copilots, insights, or automation

GenAI & Agentic AI Development

• Build production-grade applications using Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Gemini), including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, and hybrid retrieval strategies.
• Build multi-agent orchestration systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex, with memory management and tool integrations.
• Develop robust API layers, integration services, and data pipelines to connect AI capabilities with enterprise systems.
• Apply strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and clear technical communication in solution design.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and guide team members on AI/ML best practices, emerging GenAI technologies, and engineering standards through design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Keep the team updated on the latest advancements in GenAI, Agentic AI, and related technologies to bring innovative solutions to engagements.
• Support all phases of delivery including sprints, testing cycles, deployments, and hypercare, ensuring timely delivery under tight timelines.
• Present solutions, architecture decisions, and results to both technical and business stakeholders with strong written and verbal communication.

Required Skills

• Core Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django)
  • Hands on experience with React.js or Angular
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and/or NoSQL
  • Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD practices
  • Good understanding of software design principles, performance, and security

Good to Have

Exposure to:

• • Exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings)
  • Experience or awareness of Agentic AI / AI Agents / autonomous workflows
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs)
  • Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration basics
  • Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Azure AI (preferred), AWS Machine Learning, or GCP Professional ML Engineer.
• Published research, patents, or conference talks in AI/ML or NLP domains.
• Certifications or hands-on experience in MLOps, Kubernetes, or DevOps for AI.

Education:

Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
