Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
This role focuses on assembling and installing equipment and components inside vans, including shelving units, ladder racks, foot runners, and partitions. You will use hand and power tools to build and pre-assemble cabinets and other structures by following diagrams and assembly instructions similar to those used for furniture assembly. The position runs on a daytime schedule with occasional Saturday work during peak order periods and requires strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working around vehicles.

Work Environment
This is a non-climate-controlled production and assembly environment focused on outfitting vans with interior components. The standard schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts during periods of high order volume. Work is physically active and performed on your feet throughout the day, involving lifting, bending, twisting, and squatting. You will regularly use hand and power tools, tape measures, and basic mechanical equipment. The dress code requires steel-toe footwear, jeans or work pants, and a work shirt. Eye and ear protection, as well as gloves, are provided on-site, while you are expected to bring your own basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and hammers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
