Forklift Operator – $19+/hr + Growth

We're hiring Material Handlers / Forklift Operators to support warehouse and production operations in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This role is ideal for candidates with forklift and warehouse experience who enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• Load and unload trailers
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Inspect inbound and outbound products for quality and accuracy
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
• Assist with coordinating daily warehouse activities

Required Experience

• 1+ year of forklift experience
• 6+ months of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
• Experience using RF scanners
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Shipping and receiving experience
• Material handling experience
• Inventory control experience
• Team lead or warehouse coordination experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Iowa City, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
