As a Senior Manager of Reliability Engineering, you will play a critical, enterprise-level role in shaping how reliability is defined, implemented, and continuously improved across our manufacturing network. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on building and advancing reliability strategy, standardizing best practices, and driving measurable improvements in plant performance.
You’ll partner closely with plant leadership, maintenance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to proactively reduce equipment risk, strengthen asset care strategies, and elevate reliability maturity across multiple sites.
This is a unique opportunity to influence large-scale transformation—without direct authority—by building relationships, coaching teams, and delivering impactful, data-driven solutions across the business.
