What You'll Do
Execute hardware upgrades on our Tabless machines, aiming to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by improving availability, yield, and rate
Partner with Production Engineers to ensure safe and efficient operation of production lines, maintaining high-quality output
Troubleshoot using PLC, HMI, or tool management software and implement improvements and provide hands-on support to operations and maintenance teams, troubleshoot extended downtime, and manage critical spare parts to minimize disruptions
Assemble and test manufactured goods, conduct analytical tests, and record and interpret data using established tools and software
Develop operating procedures, training materials, and maintenance routines
Assist in the development, commissioning, and scaling of custom high-speed automated manufacturing equipment
Handle setup, operation, adjustments, and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards during development and commissioning
What You'll Bring
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, including root cause analysis and problem resolution in a high-volume, dynamic environment
Proficient in metalworking and fabrication (band saws, grinders, mills, lathes), and knowledgeable in hand and power tools, as well as pneumatic equipment
Experience with low voltage systems, basic electrical tools (digital multi-meter, meg-ohm tester, thermocouple meters), and wiring is essential
Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity for detailed assembly and disassembly tasks
Skilled in using technological tools and business systems for data management, analysis, and interpretation
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
Essential Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching while performing repairs
