Job Description

The operator is responsible for performing various manufacturing processes, including safely operating machines, assembly and kit packing, and engaging daily with the ERP system. The role ensures quality and productivity standards are met while assisting production team members as needed. Additionally, maintaining a clean and safe work area and contributing to a culture of safety, accountability, and a customer-first attitude is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate manufacturing machines and equipment.
  • Perform assembly and kit packing tasks.
  • Engage with the ERP system for daily operations.
  • Ensure quality and productivity standards are achieved.
  • Assist production team members when needed.

Essential Skills

  • 1+ years of recent machine operating experience.
  • 1+ years of recent manufacturing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with packaging and hand tools.
  • General production and packing skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jackson, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
