Responsibilities
- Develop Web Components using Polymer2, Lit Element, or a modern framework such as ReactJS, VueJS, or Angular
- Build complex components that support rich functionality and reusability across applications
- Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
- Implement advanced automated testing strategies, including Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Manage continuous integration and deployment activities to support smooth and reliable releases
- Review and approve Pull Requests, ensuring code quality and knowledge sharing within the team
- Identify opportunities for performance and security improvements across the codebase
- Mentor junior and standard developers, supporting their technical and professional growth
- Take part in Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant commercial experience in software development
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript for building modern, interactive web applications
- Strong skills in HTML5 and CSS3 or Sass for structuring and styling web interfaces
- Hands-on experience with framework development using ReactJS, VueJS, Polymer, Lit Element, or Angular
- Proficiency with Git and Gitflow, including monitoring and reviewing Pull Requests
- Familiarity with W508 accessibility standards for building inclusive web experiences
- Solid experience writing unit tests to ensure code correctness and reliability
- Understanding of continuous integration fundamentals, including hands-on use of Jenkins
- Practical experience with automated testing and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approaches
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Good oral and written communication skills in English (B1+ level or higher)
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Artifactory for managing binary artifacts and dependencies
- Practical experience with Bitbucket for source control and collaborative code management
