Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for complex desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of Windows 11 operating system
• Resolve application conflicts, authentication issues, profile corruption, and system performance problems
• Provide executive-level support as needed
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions for recurring incidents
• Manage full workstation lifecycle, including procurement, imaging, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
