Job Description – Automation Test Engineer (Selenium | 4–6 Years)
Experience: 4 – 6 Years
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python preferred)
- Experience in automation framework development (TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber)
- Good understanding of OOP concepts and programming fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle)
- Familiarity with API automation
- Experience with cross-browser testing and debugging automation scripts
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Positive attitude with strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks
