Job Title: Machine Operator

📍 Shift Options

12-Hour Rotating Nights

  • 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (consistent rotation)

OR 8-Hour Shifts

  • Mon–Fri: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Sun–Thurs: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM

(Training starts on day shift before moving to your assigned schedule.)

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Operate and maintain production machinery
  • Set up and troubleshoot glue systems (Mactron, Alpina, Pafra)
  • Perform quality checks and inspect products
  • Use hand and power tools during machine setup
  • Support a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
  • Lift materials (up to 50 lbs, team lifts as needed)

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of machine operation or production experience
  • Mechanical/technical aptitude (auto or small engine experience a plus!)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read/write in English
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks, heat, and noise environments
  • Experience with finishing/gluing machines or feeder/inspector roles is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
